Do not hesitage to give us a call. We are an expert team and we are happy to talk to you.
01OCT: We can pick you up at the airport in Montreal or Toronto, whichever airport works best for you. We will probably spend the night in a hostel in Toronto.
02OCT: Wake up early to go for a one hour drive to the spectacular Niagara Falls. After we have had breakfast and seen the waterfall, we will shoot off south, doing a mix of wild camping with our roof top tent and sleeping in Airbnbs/hostels. Our goal is to get a few kilometers done, to be in the warmer south within just a few days
12OCT: By this time we will have reached Dallas, where it will be a bit warmer and the culture a bit more red-necky.
15OCT: If you want to be part of crossing from the US into Mexico then this is the time to join us. We will have two full weeks driving from San Antonio to Mexico City, not having made a set itinerary of which places we will stop.
30OCT: By this day we will have reached Mexico City and will be getting ready for the Day of the Dead celebrations in the Mexican capital.
October 1st early morning
Our motto for this part of the trip: the less you plan, the more flexibility you will have. This flexibility will be key to our adventure.
We might have some long driving days and some nights camping at parking lots of Walmart, but between all of this there will be experiences which we would not have gotten if we were planning every detail and staying in comfortable hotels.
We’ll pick you up at the airport and have a meet, greet and treat meeting around 8 p.m. The meeting will be in Tom’s home where we will cook up some delicious food and get to know each other and what lies ahead.
We will be driving down south towards the US border and have our last night camping in Canada.
Our morning drive takes us from Niagara Falls to the US. We will explore some cities and natural parks down to Mexico City
The trip is officially over, but feel free to hang around some more days with us in Mexico City! We will be celebrating the Day of the Dead in the Mexican capital- what better way is there to finish off a month of road tripping through North America?!
